Arthur Schwartz needs a little correcting: Adelman's is NOT in Williamsburg, it is on Kings Highway near Ocean Ave - right where Gravesend/Sheepshead Bay meets Midwood. A long ways away from Williamsburg. But he's right about something - order "juicy".
